9月24日，CHINADAILY（中国日报网）以《Nishan Forum to release report on Confucianism》为题，对山东社会科学院与山东大学、尼山世界儒学中心联合主办的尼山世界儒学高峰论坛进行了全英文报道。

作为第九届尼山世界文明论坛的分论坛，尼山世界儒学高峰论坛聚焦国际化、学术性和影响力，从一个侧面反映出山东社会科学院积极为海内外儒学研究者搭建对话渠道和交流平台、努力推动中外文明交流互鉴的良好形象。新时代十年来，山东社科院积极拓展智库对外交流合作，国际学术出访、培训达120批350余人次，接待国外专家学者达174批640余人次，举办双边或国际会议40余次，国际辐射力、国际影响力和国际传播力在逐步提升。

Nishan Forum to release report on Confucianism

A report on the development of Confucianism in the past decade will be released during the ninth Nishan Forum on World Civilizations which will be held from Sept 26 to 28 in Qufu, Shandong province, the home province of Confucius. 

The report will provide a comprehensive overview of the development of Confucianism worldwide in the past decade, Yang Jinwei, deputy head of the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences, said at a news conference held by the information office of the Shandong provincial government on Sept 24 in Jinan, the capital city of Shandong.

The report will be released at a sub-forum that focuses on world Confucianism studies.

Co-hosted by the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences, Shandong University and the Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies, the forum will attract more than 30 experts and scholars in the fields of Confucianism, Chinese philosophy and international Sinology. They are from countries including South Korea, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the United States, New Zealand and Russia.

Participants will discuss on topics including Confucianism and the modernization of East Asia, as well as the response to global challenges.

Under the theme of"Common values for mankind and a community with a shared future for mankind - strengthening exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations to jointly address global challenges", the ninth Nishan Forum on World Civilizations will feature a number of activities, including a main forum, sub-forums, high-level dialogues, keynote speeches, and interviews with ministers and diplomats.

尼山论坛发布儒学报告

9月26日至28日，第九届尼山世界文明论坛将在孔子的故乡山东曲阜举行，会上将发布一份《近十年儒学发展现状》的报告。

9月24日，山东社会科学院副院长杨金卫在山东省人民政府新闻办公室举办的新闻发布会上表示，该报告将全面梳理近十年儒学在世界范围内的发展。 

该报告将在一个聚焦世界儒学研究的分论坛（尼山世界儒学高峰论坛--译者注）上发布。

该论坛（尼山世界儒学高峰论坛—译者注）由山东社会科学院、山东大学和尼山世界儒学中心联合主办。论坛将邀请来自韩国、印度、印度尼西亚、马来西亚、美国、新西兰和俄罗斯等国在儒学、中国哲学、国际汉学等领域有影响力的30余位专家学者参会。

与会者将围绕“儒家思想与东亚现代化”和“儒家文化与当前全球性挑战的应对”两大主题展开对话与讨论。

第九届尼山世界文明论坛，以“全人类共同价值与人类命运共同体——加强文明交流互鉴共同应对全球挑战”为主题，将举办主论坛、分论坛、高端对话、主旨演讲、部长和外交官访谈等一系列活动。（翻译：凌琪）
